Today we’re talking about mental health. What do you do when you are stressed? How do you respond to worry? Our thoughts are powerful. They change our perspective, impact our decisions, and influence our habits. But what do we do when we become trapped by our thoughts, unable to escape negative and unhealthy thinking? Thankfully, the apostle Paul gives us a game plan to win our greatest battle in our mind. (Philippians 4:4-9)
